Responsibilities:
Lead the team on the full spectrum of HR & Administrative management covering general administration support, compensation & benefits, recruitment, performance management, retention, office renovation & maintenance etc.
Ensure all HR policies comply with labour laws and regulations
Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and best practices.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Holder of Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
At least 8 years' experience in HR and administration field & at least 3 years in supervisory role.
Well-organized, self-motivated, proactive, analytical and work independently & willing to take up challenges with "Can-do" attitude.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility and problem-solving skill.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Proficiency in MS applications and HRMS.
Previous experience with NGO is a definite advantage.
