Headquarter - Administration & HR Officer (HQ/AO)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team on the full spectrum of HR & Administrative management covering general administration support, compensation & benefits, recruitment, performance management, retention, office renovation & maintenance etc.

  • Ensure all HR policies comply with labour laws and regulations

  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and best practices.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Holder of Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.

  • At least 8 years' experience in HR and administration field & at least 3 years in supervisory role.

  • Well-organized, self-motivated, proactive, analytical and work independently & willing to take up challenges with "Can-do" attitude.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility and problem-solving skill.

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.

  • Proficiency in MS applications and HRMS.

  • Previous experience with NGO is a definite advantage.
