"We Care Card" ("We Card") is an innovative charitable programme which was jointly launched by New Home Association and Hong Kong Chinese Enterprise Association in June 2017. The target beneficiaries which include elderly, low-income groups, Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients, people with disabilities, new arrivals and ethnic minorities.

According to Hong Kong Poverty Situation Report 2019 issued by Commission on Poverty, 1.09 million people are living in poverty. The "We Card" programme aims to encourage and facilitate the participation of business enterprises to provide charity offers on daily necessities of life to the target beneficiaries, relieving their life stress and raising their living standard.

Apart from promoting ideas of philanthropy and social caring, "We Card" also promotes environmentally friendly features to reduce wastage.
